Hello there ladies, I haven't been feeling good for the past month and went to check myself out last night. Turns out I have a ovarian cyst on the right, fluid around my uterus and finally an 1.4 centimeter anterior fibroid. I have not slept because I know this will be difficult to get pregnant! I feel like this is the end of the road for me. I'm here looking for advice! And support and promise to keep everyone updated
