Struggling....
I'm going to lose my mind...the closer I get to my due date the harder it is to control my sugar...is anyone else having this issue? I have an appointment on Mondy to talk to the doctor...I'm 36 weeks...I'm gonna lose my shit soon! Ugh!!!!
