I think I'm going crazy

So I started my period almost 2 days late. It wasn't majorly heavy like my normal periods but it lasted a total of 6 days like normal. I've been really tired lately, nauseous everyday, headache and slight dizziness every day as well and right now I'm having pulling sensations in my bottom abdomen. Does that happen right before ovulation ? I'm supposed to ovulate this Friday. I took a test sometime last week to double check that I'm not pregnant and it was negative. I think I'm honestly going crazy lol.
