I'm 10 days late. Is it too early?

So I took a test could it be too early to tell even though I'm 10 days late?

Usually on a test like that, no it wouldn't be too early. Once your late most people get their positive. However there is some people that get negative up until a week late so there could be a slim chance. I would say though that it's negative and your probably not pregnant. Is there anything that could be causing you to be late besides pregnancy
