What is you BMI when you got pregnant?

I see 25 is a good BMI to get pregnant, but with me being 5'5 that means I need to lose 40 lbs! What was your BMI when you got pregnant? I feel like my weight is why I can't get pregnant but do I really need to lose that much!? Man!

There are studies that show just losing10lb can makes huge difference to conceiving. Bmi is not necessarily the best thing too off, there are other factors like waist to hip ratio. Muscle and fat and type of lifestyle you lead. I wouldn't look at it as loosing 40lb but try to lose 5, then do 5 more and your chances may improve. If you are struggling though to conceive you could go to the doctors.

I think 24 was my BMI. Idk I was at a healthy weight. I had fat but I wasn't "fat." I don't pay attention to the number on the scale
