Does one have any tips that could help with overcoming anxiety?

My anxiety is very bad and I'm tired of it, I feel like someone is constantly choking me I feel like Ima have a heart attack or something bad is gonna happen to me I get pains in my chest. It's so bad has me in tears sometimes. I just want to be normal again and back to my old self 😔
