Am i ovualting???

My husband and i have been trying to get pregnant the past 3 months and im having a hard time tracking my ovulation bc my periods have been starting a day later each month and have been getting shorter. Ive taking 3 ovulation tests the past 3 days and says im not ovulation but today i woke up and all day ive had this watery clear thin discharge. Like a good amount all day. And i feel extremely horny today. Does this mean im ovulating or about to even though my tests say im not? Weve been having sex every other day to try to not miss my ovulation time
