ovulation cramping?

I am only 3dpo but I've had constant cramping starting the day I ovulated and still going (so four days now!). is this normal? I don't usually get period cramps or anything, so I feel like I'm dying. they almost feel like the contractions I had in the beginning with my daughter! 😩

This happens to me every month. The cramping was insanely uncomfortable only to find out the reason was I have endometriosis. Maybe get a check up, could be cyst too. It cants hurt! Good luck

Omg im dealing  with all day and night cramping  now 😫 help , calendar  says im 3 days from O day but I've been BD all week and started  seeing ewcm and started  cramping  3 days ago , did I O earlier  then it said  I should? I was taking  OPKs up until  cd10 and it was getting  darker each day but I ran out of opks and missed 3 days of tracking, im now CD14  I got opks back today and tested  and seems lighter  then it was when I was on cD10, this cramping  is all day all night  without  any breaks , its mild and bull and switch sides to right ovary then left  and sometimes  middle , its uncomfortable  not painful 😫what is going  on , ????
