Pcos ttc

I been trying to conceive for 2 years. I have pcos so it is hard to conceive. I went to a RE back in about March and they wanted me to take fermera and do and IUI. I just wanted to know if anyone had success after the first one I'm thinking of going in November so I can lose some weight first and make sure my body is healthy enough... ps..my husband has some issues his self and he is working on that now....please I really need advice.
