I'm talking to this guy who has a girlfriend and I've talked about it and he said "she won't care" wow that's believeable right??? Not . Anyways I feel bad but he's the guy I lost it to 3 years ago and I love talking and doing stuff with him what do I do? I hate when girls look at me funny when I tell them like I'm not stealing or messing with your gut your guy comes to me and if I am close to you then I won't do it

If I was his girlfriend I wouldn't feel comfortable with him talking to you, specially if you lost it to him. You clearly loved him a lot of you lost it with him. Just try to put yourself in her place and maybe think if you would agree with what ever is going on or just simply ask her. (:

Run it by his girlfriend and ask if she's cool with you guys having a thing. Just to be 100% certain.

I would ask his girlfriend. I would respect their relationship until I knew 100% that's she's cool with it and she has told me that herself. 
But in reality, I wouldn't be messing with someone who goes home to fuck someone else every night.
