Are these ok for pregnang women?
My body cant handle the prenatal ones so the doctor told me to buy childrens vitamins . Anybody take these while pregnant?

Yes these are perfect. I work at an obgyn office and we tell women to just take a flinstone vitamin if the prenatal is making them sick!

I dont take those one i take the chewble one but you can take flintstones i did with my first child so you should be fine i never took those

I always had to take prenatal before bed. If I took them during the day I threw them up.  :/ If this is what your taking I'd take an extra folic acid pill as well. It would be better than nothing..

Gummy vitamins are high in sugar and preservatives. If the prenatal ones make you sick and you've tried all of them ( but if you haven't give Rainbow Lite a try), go to the vitamin section and get yourself some B6, iron and folic acid and then just eat a very highly nutritious diet. If you look at the sides of prenatal vitamins most of them do not provide 100% of the recommended daily allowance beyond those three particular vitamins. For example I still take calcium supplements along with my prenatal because it only covers about 10% of the RDA.

I did.. Along with additional Vitamin D supplement. I just became over the chewy gummy phase real quick & would rather take solid pill & get it over with lol.

Like you; I too can't take the prenatals that were prescribed so I opted for a otc as well.
