Uuggggg!!!!!!!

I am so confused. I have 3 apps like glow. They all say my fertile window was different. 17th-22nd, 22-27 and glow says 20th-26th. I didn't do ovulation tests because of all the different dates given. I just want to know how many dpo I am!!! Af is supposed to show all different days too, 5, 7 and 8 days from now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you.
