I'm breastfeeding and I drink one cup of coffee every morning after a long night with the baby. Is one cup ok? I need coffee in my life right now lol

Totally! If it doesn't bug your baby you can have more than one cup.

Yes! Just watch to see any changes in baby. I went 3 weeks pp before I caved from lack of sleep. Best decision I made was to drink a cup a day, able to function once again!! 😃

Absolutely fine in moderation. Would just be warry of total caffeine consumption because it can affect some women's milk supply.
