PP bleeding or AF?
I am seven weeks PP yesterday. EBF. Today i started spotting after having stopped bleeding weeks ago. Could this be AF, could I just have overdone it since I am exercising now? I heard it's not very common for AF to return if breastfeeding. Either way, can this hurt my supply? I'm worried I will dry up if it is AF
