How possible is it that I'm pregnant again??

I gave birth to our first son at the beginning of May. He had to come 3 weeks early because of pre eclampsia. The past few weeks I've been feeling symptoms again.... Very dizzy, elevated body temperature, headaches, increased discharge, etc... My husband and I have only had sex like five times since I was cleared by the doctor. Twice we did pull out method, twice used a condom, and once he just came.
