Need advice is pain

For the past 6 days AV had really sharp pain in the lower part of my tummy on one side or the other and heartburn none stop I got this but I think it's a evap as its not dark and my boobs have been so itchy I have Pcos so hardly ever ovulate but I got a positive opk last week y do I still have the pains
