I'm 24 next month and have suffered crippling period pain since I started at 10. I had my first laparoscopy in May this year, confirming severe endometriosis. I've been told I have a healthy womb and ovaries even though one is currently covered in scarring and a cyst. I'll be having a laparotomy in the next few months and I'd like to know from any other women who have had the same if they were able to conceive naturally or even at all after the surgery.
