LO is a little over a week old and has a little bit of jaundice. Per the pediatrician, I'm supposed to nurse him every two hours and make sure he gets out in the sun a few times a day.

We've done really well with the nursing every two hours but I was also advised to pump so I could help my supply and prepare for when I go back to work in 6 weeks.

I'm a FTM so I have no idea when to pump if I'm nursing every two hours. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
