A wonderful friend of mine invited me to try out the boot camp class she goes to, it was a bit more full on than I was ready for. I was doing really well (even if I was slower than everyone else) then out of nowhere I had to run out of the room to throw up! It's mortifying but at the same time you just have to laugh at yourself. The instructor was  great about it and assured me it's only up from here.  She's completely right too... I signed up on the spot and am looking forward to seeing the results in a month. Don't let anything hold you back, ladies! Progress is progress no matter how small!!! Now if you'll excuse me while I go lay down in a nice dark room and don't move for a while lmao! 😂😂
