First time child

Morning ladies its mine and hubbys first time trying for a baby we have been trying for 6 mo ths now ive tried legs up after he ejaculates for upto a hour but still a huge amount of fluid leaks is this what is stopping me getting pregnant ?? Over the last 6 months i must say my periods are eatlier and earlier but a lot heavier cohld this mean eatly stage miscarraig? Sorry so many questions im just starting to feel like its not meant to be :-(
