Name of a past pet!
Is this a real no go?
I am due baby 4 and this is my partners first baby. We have a couple of names that we like but nothing that we really love yet. We know this one is a boy.
Yesterday he read out a name that was the name of my last cat! I actually love the name but my ex hated it so it was never an option for a child for us but now it is. Would it be weird to name your baby after a cat you had a few years back with someone else? My other children remember the cat... But yesterday when we asked them they both liked the name.
I'm thinking my family might think it's weird. I wouldn't consider it if it was a well known pet we had for years if that makes sense.
