Hello ladies,

Ive recently been put back on metformin( after being told i dont really need it so came off it 6months ago) and it is double dose to what i had before. I have irregular periods, always have. Within the first 2 days of being back on it i started a period, it has since progress like it should but its sooo heavy, ive never had one like this but im assuming its normal and how its suppose to be?? Or could it be something else thats a reaction to the metformin? I wasnt due for a period till 2/3 weeks time(long cycles)

I cant speak to gyno untill a few days. Any infomarion would be helpful.
