BBT charting and no temp spike, AF due tomorrow!

So down and out our first month after our tubal reversal TTC and BBT chart has no sign of ovulation. Af is due tomorrow. 45 day cycle so far. Does this mean I could have PCOS without cyst's? Now what? Don't know what to think! So sad, lump in my throat! 😣😣😟😟😢😢😭😭💔
