What's y'all views! When to give up?

Well y'all, I've Been married 4 years this October. Never paid much attention or tried to keep up with calendaring, never even knew of opk tests till about 2 months ago. That's when my husband and I actually sat down and said, yes we're ready. Let's have a baby.  I know it's soon but I kinda just wanna give up on everything and just go with the flow. That's what happened to us in February,(all I would do is bd so often in my fertile window) then we found out we were pregnant but unfortunately we lost the baby. I don't know if I should continuing tracking or just stop. I know not tracking or stressing will definitely help but I know that ttc will be in the back of my head. What's y'all view? How long did you go with tracking and taking opks before you just gave up? Should I continue taking opks?
