Okay I was wondering is there any type of tea to help period cramps? Or really anything to help out during your period lol😁

Red raspberry leaf tea helps regulate and can relieve cramps. It comes in pills too but I use healthy cycle tea (don't remember the brand) and it helps a lot and has a mint taste so it's really good. It has the red raspberry leaf tea and a few other things that are soothing.

I read that lemon grass tea helps start menstruation. I'm trying to find out more. (Risks)
