Cloth diapers - need suggestions

Ok mamas the reality has set in. My twins are 3 weeks 3 days old now and blowing diapers at a crazy rate. I'm seriously considering cloth diapers. I wanted to do this earlier but it just didn't happen. I need some information on what it takes to use cloth diapers. What type I should buy, which brand, how many per baby, what it takes to wash them, how they suit my babies skin etc etc. Please give me any and every advice you have. 2 babies expenses are no joke especially for a mom who cannot breastfeed (please don't judge. I don't have supply for my 35 weekers. I supplement after I pump any little I get and I'm not giving up yet). Thank you!!!
