LH surge????

So confused, I have 21-22 day cycle, started testing with CB advanced opk on day 6 and got low, cd 7 low, cd 8 high, cd 9 peak so of course we BDed but now it's cd 13 and I have lots of EWCM and this .... Am I ovulating now?! What's going on!?
