Sorry if this turns into an essay.

Ladies, I need some advice.

For what ever reason I don't always feel my baby move. Being my first I get very worried about it & it has resulted in 3 hosp trips to get his heartbeat listened into. All 3 times thankfully have been fine and I've been sent home again. 
My partner and some friends wtc think I'm just overreacting and now I'm worried that maybe I'm just being neurotic :/. I'd hate for anything to happen to my little baby as he means the world to me. 
Have any of you experienced lack of movement from their baby's during pregnancy or have you always felt baby move at all times ?  I'm now 26 weeks but the problem first occurred at 23+2 xx

Buy a heart beat monitor, that's what helps me alot. I just find the heartbeat myself! I even bought a cheaper one and it works so great. Worth the 40 bucks. I just use my own head

Get a Doppler. They are around $50. Probably cheaper than an ER visit.

I'm like this all the time and really sympathise. I'm 26 plus 3 days  and have very active and then very quiet days. I imagine she's just kicking my insides and try not to worry. I read we should be more mindful from 28 weeks....then I know I will be trouble and triage will be getting some visits from me! In a way I'm glad I'm not the only one to feel like this, thank you for sharing your experience. Good luck with everything.

Doctors don't recommend counting kicks until you are 28 weeks. Before then, baby still has a lot of room and can go towards the back where you can't feel them at all.

As above they don't have a pattern of kicking until 28 weeks & if it helps put your mind at ease perhaps buy a Doppler & you can listen to his heartbeat at home before panicking yourself too much & saving yourself a trip to hospital? I think they're cheap enough to buy xx
