Anyone?

Question

My almost 4 month old has been really fussy. Both day and when im trying to put him to bed...i heard about sleep regression and leap 4 but im not sure what that means or is? Does someone know and can explain to me please or is or going thru something like this, that can Give me some tips

Google the Wonder Weeks. Basically leaps are periods where babies are learning new skills, kind of like growth spurts but developmental instead of physical. There are generally predicable times babies will go through these based on their due date and each one is called a leap. My daughter isn't at leap 4 yet but it's possible that's what it is. I found it helpful to google "leap [whatever # your baby is at] behavior" to compare how my daughter was acting to what other people experienced to see if that's what it was. It was weird how spot on the behaviors were to what my daughter was doing. I wouldn't recommend the app or book though because almost all the info is available online for free.
