Does this sound like allergies or worse?

My nose feels tight and sometimes runny and I've been sneezing a lot. I also had a ear infection last week and I've been feeling kinda dizzy and off balance today. And headaches the past few days. What should I do. Sorry for rambling. Thanks in advance.

Ear infection can possibly be the cause of the dizziness and feeling off balance as part of your inner ear deals with your balance. Depending on where your headache is originating from could be a sinus headache as you are saying you are congested/runny nose. I wouldn't call it an allergic reaction but more either allergies or a sinus infection. If your mucus is clear it's not an infection. I would call your doctor for sure though. But definitely try taking an allergy med with a decongestant.

Usually I paid Claritin D with Advil to take care of stuffy/runny noses and headaches. I prefer the decongestant version of allergy medicines because they really help dry out your nose more than regular allergy pills in my opinion 😂 I really hope you feel better though!
