Cumin tea?

So has any one ever tried to use Cumin Tea to start labor? Did it work?

My bf sister drank some. And went into labor the next day.  ._. 
As much i want to meet my lil bubs i wldnt drink it...

I've never heard of cumin yea working but I would like to know as well. My midwife said chamomile tea helps to relax the body and help with progress
