Since I've been on nexplanon my appetite has increased greatly. I eat a full plate of dinner everyday & still be hungry so I go back for seconds maybe even a third plate. Before the birth control I would be satisfied with half of one plate. Is there anything I could do to slow down my appetite? Anything I can try to make me feel full faster?
