Help!!

Okay, so I've been seeing a crap ton of women losing weight, and I think that is wonderful, but the biggest question I have for y'all is how to get rid of this last bit of fat I have. I want to get more defined and it's been super hard for me to. Considering I'm hypoglycemic and have to have moderate portions of sugar and other things that will make my blood sugar go up. If you guys have work out suggestions or diet tips that'll help, let me know!!
