We have been ttc for over a year. I was diagnosed with pcos and hypothyroid about 8 months ago. Last natural cycle was July 2015 but I've taken provera to induce periods a few times since then. My last period was February 2016 and I started synthroid and metformin then. This month we were supposed to start our first letrozole cycle but instead of getting my period after the provera I just found out we are pregnant!
