There is less than a 2% chance of you getting pregnant if you use birth control exactly how you're  supposed to. But it's really up to you to decide what you feel comfortable with. Personally I don't think I could do it without freaking out.  also you have to remember to never miss a day and try to take it around the same time every day. Not to mention you'd have to  remember that if you are on any antibiotics then your birth control won't work for a certain amount of time after. If you are comfortable with it, and can remember those things then you should be fine though
