Two days ago I was helping my husband move a piece of furniture that wasn't heavy it was just too long to fit through the door. Anyway, I was helping him get it down the porch when with no warning he just stopped. It caused me to hit myself on my lower left side of belly which I felt pain immediately. He asked if I was ok I acted tough and said yes. Well since then I've been getting painful cramps on that area. Just here and there like when the Braxton hick contractions happen. Should I worry?
