5 weeks & hurting on my right side

Last night I had cramping all over(like menstrual cramps) but then once I went to bed it started becoming a shooting/tugging pain on my right side around to my lower back. This morning the pain is only there if I cough or something & my side is still sore, im not bleeding or spotting so does this sound normal or should I be concerned?
