Let me first tell you a little back story to help you understand. I am 20 years old, my daughter is now 11 weeks. She is the highlight of my life. At 8 months pregnant my ex fiance kicked me out of our home and that forced me to move back to my parents because I had no where else to go. When I had Bree , our daughter, he refused to sign her birth certificate because he had doubts he was the father. I spent every day with the man for almost 3 years , I know for a fact he is her dad. Anyways! He showed up to the hospital , the day after I had her stayed for half hour and left to be with his new girlfriend. Bree had gone back to the hospital twice so far and kept for multiple days because she has intestinal issues, and a high fever of 104 from a virus being passed around the town we live in. Both times he would never visit by himself, and he would only stay a hour. Since she has been born I have enrolled in nursing school. Yes I am not working at the moment but I have enough money saved up from previous years to give her the life she deserves. I have taken her around his family, let them take her by themselves, let him see her whenever he asks. Even though he has no legal right.

Yesterday I received a letter in the mail stating he was taking me to court because he wants custody of her. He stated that I cannot take care of her basic needs and that I should pay him child support.... Anybody ever gone through this or know what i should do.
