Anyone else freaked out by their newborns breathing ? It's so hard to figure out what's normal and what's not. Sometimes my newborn has rapid breathing . I took her to doctor and even showed a video of her breathing but was told since it's not continuous and she seems to have nasal congestion that it's likely caused by that. I was told to use saline drops n bulb syringe. But then I seen what they call chest retractions in newborns on YouTube n they look similar. I'm so upset n confused .
