Pregnant or ovulation?

Came on period 22nd of July, thought I was pregnant before period came. Had backache, feeling sick, mood swings and a few others. So when I came on my period I thought nothing off it until yesterday my sense of smell was a lot stronger and this had happened again today. I woke up this morning to experience what I had thought old blood so I posted it on glow and 2 people said it looked similar to implantation. I'm confused and would like to know what you think is going on before I follow on to take a test
