Kind of OT advise?

My husband and i are ready to adopt an adult dog.   Only problem is my mom lives in our house and she is dead set against this... what do yall think we should do? How do you think a pet will affect my kids ages 11 weeks and almost 3?

Answer

If its the right dog ie bred for you and your family it will amazing. I would research the breds etc to ensure you pick a dog that will fit nicely into your family which you can also give the right amount of care to the dog too. For example the amount of walking needed etc. Personally I think dogs are absolutely amazing and I love that you are looking to take on an older dog :) xx xx
