Coffee??

Question

Is it safe to drink coffee while pregnant ?
I usually drink 1-2 cups of coffee but i cut it down to 1 or half a cup now

1-2 cups is perfectly fine. I was psycho about my first and didn't drink ANY lol! But I'm pregnant with our 7th kid, and have drank it with every other one. Experts recommend no more than 200mg of caffeine per day just to be on the safe side but as long as you have no BP issues, it's usually only an extremely high intake that causes probs.
