I'm kinda stressing about my husband's leave from work when the baby comes. (I don't work) we live in Cali also if that makes a difference. He called the number his work gave him and they sent him a packet but it had nothing in it that required him to send anything back. He just had to make an account on a website. My question is do we file the SDI benefits claim AFTER the baby comes? And does he get PAID FAMILY LEAVE or just SDI? Just wanted to make sure we are doing the right thing so we get paid!:) thanks!
