I never knew this was a thing. I cough them up all the time and I just thought it was phlegm or something. They always just come up when I'm running or doing physical activity. I just cough and spit them out. Never paid attention.  Every once and awhile it'll feel like something is stuck in my throat and I'll sit there and cough and try to maneuver it out of my throat. I never knew it was this though, I'll have to pay more attention to them I guess

Use something hard and it won't bend when you push on it. Also just kinda push it and around it and it should come out. Also is you use mouth wash it helps prevent them from coming back

I use to get them ALL THE TIME it literally sucked. I used q-tips and Bobby pins they made me gag a little bit lol but if you constantly get them please go to a ENT(ears nose and throat) doctor or your regular doctor who will probably send you to one. I went to my ENT and told him I constantly got them and they started to bleed after a while I had to get a tonsillectomy at 18 because if I would've waited 5 more years my chance of having throat cancer would've been at a all time high because I had so much tonsil stones behind my tonsils when they were removed and they were so infected. I'm sorry if this scares you and I know tonsil stones don't seem as serious but if you get them a lot go to the doctor❤️❤️
