Help!! Lol

So my 3 week old baby girl is starting to do this tantrum I guess you wanna call it lol. Where I will feed and change her get her ready for mimis. She will fall asleep when I pat her back...but once I lay her down she starts crying outta hand. I'll pick her up and she's totally fine haha I'm a ftm...so what do I do?😔 please help.
