Boyfriend came in me and I've been on the pill for only a month and a half.

I had sex without protection, very stupid, but I've been on birth control for over a month, and my boyfriend came in me. What're my chances of being pregnant?!! I heard the pill is only affective once you've been taking it for 3 months.. I'm so worried.
