Cramps

Anyone else dealing with weird cramps? I had the first cramp today tht actually gave me a lil concern. It wasn't anything to compare to the cramp I had last year when I actually had a miscarriage. This was different. I do have a fibroid plus I know the uterus is growing. I guess I just get a lil paranoid and nervous. I'm 11wks exactly today, 8/2/16. I have a doc appt this Friday 8/5/16. I'll express my concerns maybe they will let me have another ultrasound
