I'm 36+2. I picked up my daughter and she's about 40lbs. I immediately had a sharp pain in my abdomen like someone was trying to cut me open. I put her down and it took a while for the sensation to go away. It scared me though because I was hoping I didn't tear the water or something. Nothing came out though so I think I'm good. What could it have been?Freaked me out
