Prenatal?
So for the pass week I haven't been taking my prenatal vitamins.
I normally take them in the mornings with a piece of bread but recently, every time I take them, they come right back up. On top of that, I end up not eating for the rest of the day cause I say nauseous, which makes me lose my appetite.
I drink Gatorade and Powerade to keep hydraded.
But what can I do to keep the prenatal vitamins down?
