We've been trying to figure out my sons (11 weeks) acid reflux for a while now. We've tried 4 medications and I've cut everything from my diet. He recently started having mucous in his stool and his farts smelled REALLY bad. Not normal at all. Doc has decided he may have an allergy to the breast milk and wants to try formula. I'm heartbroken. I love being his comfort and I love the nurishment he is getting from breast milk. I'm going to pump vigorously to try and keep my supply up in case this doesn't work either. But I'm just so sad. 💔
